editing post title ? why doesnt it work(except for inside the thread)

howcome you cant change a post title (except for just inside the thread- but not in the forum where everyone's threads are shown) ?

it dosnt in parts ones though and i dont think in history restoration forum either

i'm fairly certain that this vB version series that TGO is running has an edit thread title timeout setting. If you edit your post's thread title before the allowed edit thread title timeout setting, it will change the main topic in the forum display as well as the title as shown in your post.

However, if you edit your post's thread title after this timeout, it only updates the title as shown in your post. It won't update the main title of your thread in the forum display.
