RPO decoder?
The hard drive for the server crashed, and TGO had to "rebuild". TGO also upgraded the server shortly after, as well.
However, certain parts of the site remain broken, the RPO decoder and Readers Rides are 2 examples. It doesn't seem likely, in the immediate future, for them to be fixed since Dirk is away.

No, they are not the same. Dirk takes care of the hard core server duties, while Iroc handles the forum (for the most part).
To my knowledge, since Dirk admins the server, he is about the only one who can take care of this.
Not sure if Iroc knows any more about what might be happening (plans). Iroc is usually more visible on the forums than Dirk.
