TimeZone Problem

I just recently noticed that for some reason the time on the forums for me is an hour forward. I tried changing the timezone back one hour, but that just made the time an hou behind me. Then when I went back to my original timezone, it was correct for about a second, then the screen refreshed and it was an hour ahead again? Any idea how to fix this?

You had DST (daylight savings time) turned on. I changed your setting. Is it OK now?
