Not sure if I'm blind or not, I've looked, but is there a way in the Quick Reply to have the show signature un-checked by default? Unchecking that everytime gets kind of old.

Yeah there's an option somewhere. I disabled mine, then I set it to go to advanced automatically, not a huge fan of quick reply.

Re: Quick post sig default
old post but I'm having a similar issue. on the quick reply "show your signature" is checked until I hit "reply" then the check goes away... what gives? Id like it to be checked by default, but don't know how.
Re: Quick post sig default
However, if you reply to a thread, if you want your signature to display, you will have to manually place check in the box for "Show your Signature", which is the option below the where you type your message.
This is how the old vB 2.x that we used was tweaked, as it helps reduce redundant use of one's signatures, especially for those who may post in the same thread multiple times.
It's been this way for several years now, actually.
