Quick Reply/Sig Issues

Call me crazy, but I can't find an option to turn my signature on by default for quick replies.

I use the quick reply most of the time, and if I want my signature to show, I have to go back and edit the post, go to the advanced editor, and then check off the "show sig" option.

I setup the feature that way, due to the numerous reports from members who expressed their opinion with viewing threads where the same signature would be shown multiple times throughout the forums (which is likely because those members just didn't want to turn off their signature when they posted since the system would, by default, select the show signature option).

It helps to minimize people from posting their signature in the same thread over and over by making them select the option to show their signature whenever they want it displayed.

It's the same reason why when you use the normal reply feature, the show signature option doesn't default to On as well.

It's actually been something TGO has done for the past few years, it was just the Quick Reply wasn't "covered" until recently. Now it's more uniform.

Gotcha....I guess I'll just remember to turn it on once in a while then.

Thanks for the quick response
