Am I the only one who runs into this on this site? I know things come up and people can't get on the internet all the time but, days, weeks etc. and nothing? Is this a game? PMs, emails sent and have seen them online and nothing. I have ran into this with sellers also when I was trying to buy something. I try to sell on this site from time to time and I usually go back to Ebay due to this issue. I know others on here also go to Ebay to sell and it probably because of the same issue and maybe money also. I wish members would stop doing this because it runs off sellers, like myself. This site is great for info but, I wish things would change with potential buying members. Thx. for letting me vent.

 

Well, I looked at your iTrader feedback (which you have been using so you're familiar with it), but you have only left 1 negative to someone some time ago, and you received a negative from that same person as well - so it doesn't apply to this issue.

I'm not sure what you are expecting us to do when we have no information. You are suggesting that you have paid for items that you have not received days-weeks ago. If that is the case, what are you doing? Have you reported the issue to your bank/credit card or PayPal? Why have you not noted such on iTrader?

The person in question has nearly a 7-year old account on TGO. I don't see anything alarming there. He responded to the issue and appears to be making an effort.

As I don't see you having left negative feedback for items you apparently have paid and not received, and I'm not aware of you posting about the issues in the Classifieds feedback form, or contacting your bank/credit card/PayPal, I don't know what you expect us to do when it isn't clear you have done much yourself? I don't know if there is a legit issue here, or if you are being impatient or have different priorities or expectations than others? No offense, but that's clearly the case as of the time of this post due to the fact you only have 1 thread (that I can find) about such an issue (which appears to have been legit), and you have left no negative feedback on the iTrader system about this.

 

I should and can leave negitive feedback for someone who says they will buy it or a seller that I said I would buy it but never responded? Read again, I said I will buy it and never heard back from the seller. NOT that I paid and never got it. That 7 member issue got resolved.

"I'll buy it, payment info sent" could be taken as you sent payment.

On eBay, you've never seen the disclaimer by the seller stating to the effect of 'seller reserves the right to end/cancel the auction early', with some statement about the item being listed locally?

Some visit numerous other websites and list the same parts on those websites for added exposure. Realistically, there isn't much we can do about that. I'm guessing the "first come - first served" applies here. Perhaps the item is sold on another website and the seller doesn't update his thread here?

We can't force members to sell or buy items here.

 

JT, I'm wrong and you are right. Its all my fault. I'm just crazy and I'm making this stuff up. I give up! 82 Iron duke has mention this issue before and I guess he is crazy or making it up also. I'm done posting on the problems/help/ suggestion/ comments board because I seem to get blamed for everything or made to sound stupid.

 

I tried to assist. I never claimed you made anything up or that you was crazy. Borrowing your own advise, "read again".

The times you have posted in this forum, each one of them have been properly addressed. Besides this thread, there is only two other times you have posted here. The first time was when you pointed out an email notification issue. I informed you that we are looking into the issue. The other time was where you brought up a moderation issue, which is a violation of our rules. I pointed this out, but I still addressed the concern.

Sorry, but since you are going that avenue, this thread gets locked.
