I don't know if its my laptop or what but only on this site the post other people put up an the time i last visited is always wrong. Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me.

 

That is a user-end issue.

Your time zone is wrong. You have Central Time Zone when you are in Eastern Time Zone. Fix by:

1) Click on UserCP link (upper left corner)
2) Click Edit Options
3) Scroll down to Date & Time Options and select Eastern

It also looks like your pc's DST may not be set, which will also skew the time in vBulletin as vBulletin reads your pc's time/date and attempts to adjust for DST.
