When I click on this: Announcement: ThirdGen.Org Board Guidelines
I go to this page: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/anno....php?f=40&a=60 , as I should, then, when I click the link in this sentence: "If you have any questions about the acronyms that you may see at this site such as IIRC or BTW, please visit This Site, it will also give you some helpful information on useful part numbers, abbreviations, engine codes, VIN info, and other helpful sites.", I am directed to this page: http://www.geocities.com/vipervenemgts/odds_ends.html.

Re: Dead link
Unfortunately that is a con to linking to outside material as was done in that case. The site was hosted on GeoCities, which closed, and was created by a previous Moderator.
As you may know, the link was used to explain the common acronyms (such as "LOL" - Laughing Out Loud) that would be commonly used by users throughout the forum inside messages.
We'll get the link fixed.
Thanks.
