Just wondering.
If I use my phone I have the quick links tab up top, but if I'm on my computer it's not up there. It used to be, but recently it disappeared.

What browser and version are you using? IE 11, which was released fairly recently, does not appear to work with some javascripts. The menu bar contains some javascripts to function. Prior IE versions, as well as alternate browsers (Chrome, Firefox) don't have this issue. The issue is being investigated to find a work-around. The issue is not confined to just ThirdGen. If you want an immediate "fix", you might try an alternate browser or revert back to IE 10 or older.
