As of today, for some reason when I reply, I no longer the see the text editing buttons or picture upload tool even if I "Go Advanced" I've tried clicking on every reply option and I just get a basic reply box. Already logged out, cleared cookies, browser still no change.

 

I no longer have text editor or picture upload tool in replies. The entire tool bar is gone even when going advanced. Tried this on 2 computers, same result. Tried logging out, clearing history, cookies, still no change.
