Having problems posting pictures

Having problems posting pictures
I keep ending up with this mess:

In both cases I have descriptions what I did after that, in both cases I pasted the image into the dialog, it uploaded, I added a quote and then applied it, it pasted it in my text and it shows up correctly when editing or if you go to the URL, but it doesn't display in the thread.
What am I doing wrong? How do I fix it?

It was some error in the post. I think it's correct now.
