I have aproblem witht he chatroom here

Whenever i go on theres always 2 people starting problems...
then they boot me
Now it says im banned
this is crap please respond

If you were kicked or banned it was for reasons of abuse. A kick is usually your warning, a ban is beacuse you're causing problems that either we deem unnecissary, or that effect other people trying to hold a normal conversation. Unfortunatlly for the time being there are some bans that effect more than just the user who caused the orginal problem but untill we find a more permanent/effective solution they'll have to stand.

spamming is usually a good way to get yourself banned and i assume is what you were doing?

Yeah, it stinks for people like me that did nothing and can't go in there just because I have AOL. A few messed it up for many.

 

For the people effected by the aol ban I apologize... Its not easy to narrow it down to just the person whos causing the problems

I try to unban aol when im around to watch
I'll continue to do so

 

You can ban the ip.. It is an irc based client is it not?

 

AOL uses a proxy I believe... you can't just ban one user.

 

dont put this on users, inwo and tpi continually badger people calling them everything form stupid a-holes to ricers
