When the post counts went screwy, was there a possibility of some posts disappearing?

The reason I ask is I was searching for a post today dealing with rpo codes, and I couldn't find it. I searched through all of the posts that I posted to, and couldn't find it.

Perhaps I'm not looking hard enough? I do remember that the post was dealing on whether or not cars from either factory came with the 1ay or 1az rpo codes.
