actually that is the factory paint from 1992. the car itself only has 64,000 miles on it, i bought it at 46k and have babied it since (by the way when i bought it, it had been sitting in a garage for 2 years.)

Sweet car! I love that paint scheme. And the black with the red stripes. What happened to the original wheels?

Hey did you get my email about the ksfba? If not check it out.

those are the original wheels, the center piece fell out on one of the caps, so rather than buy a new cap i just removed the other three and polished them up, i like them better this way, what do you think?

Take a look at the engine pic it's a V6 there for those are the stock wheels for that car unless it was optioned with the 16x8's.....wich was available...

Is that the stock RS grill or did it come off a Z28?

beautiful car.....i would have to agree with the comments about the wheels, grill, and headlight sections. but, i think most of it makes it look a lot better than stock; again..nice ride!

although i do have a question, if it has such low miles; why would it have a new paint job, or at least the front....what happened?

everything about that car is stock besides the grill w/fog lights. the black pocketed headlights only came on 92 cars with the heritage package.

don't think that anyone was trying to put you down or not believe you, it's a nice car.

although i've never seen a 25th rs ever have painted headlights even the heritage....but it doesn't mean that it didn't happen i guess. typically it was reserved for only z28's heritage or not.

thanks again, i dont really know what to say. my friend had a polo green '92 w/o the heritage package and the headlight pockets were body color, i've read a few places that there heritage package contained stripes, black pocket headlights, a rear deck badge, and a 25th anniversary badge on the interior. i guess this would be a topic for the history/restoration board.

Very nice! You're lucky you got a car with such a clean body and paint. I also love the angles you used for your photos. Looks like a proffessional took them.
