OK so I have a crazy back story about my 91 rs. I was given the car and extra engine on stand not sure what the engine is just that its a Chevy motor the car was a guy who got shot and is no longer around but guys mom and brother said to get them out his house because they sold house.nevertheless I towed it home I have no keys and my dumb *** busted ignition and steering column to get home. Not realizing there was a little thing called VATS well I'm pretty sure I've bypassed all that now and to my issue no starting. I can only get my spyders to spray if I use test light on blue or green wire and touch ground while cranking but seems I have no pulse to keep them spraying. I'm lost would surely appreciate any body's help where I go from here.
