I have a 89 firebird V6 auto that i am parting out
also have parts left from the last 4 cars that i parted out
trans am from 84, 86,87,88

located in cudahy ,WI (just south of milwaukee)
willing to ship most anything smaller than a front seat or fender

engine has a bad knock but ran enough for me to test the car
and know that the trans works

 

Do you have the optional locking cargo door in the rear trunk area? Seeking the cargo trim piece that matches with that.

 

How is the plastic trim in the door opening surround? Need good "bumpy" door sills in black, and how much for the steering wheel?

Also seeking a good quality 87-9 UX1 cassette with equalizer

out of door sills, steering wheel has some rust and the leather on top is twisted, the one in the first pic is the one from the 89, i also have a different type , the second pic

I have a cassette equalizer radio, its an item i took on trade so im not sure of what year it is from or even if its a bird radio could be from some other gm car

I'm looking for the wire harness that goes from the accessories (hatch release, rear defrost, etc.) to the connector by the steering column. How much shipped to 59701?

 

I can cut this harness off for $25 shipped

The harness I'm talking about shouldn't have to be cut. Doesn't your car have this connector by the steering column?

 

nope, this pic is from the 89 i am parting out, you can see that the plugs for the hatch release/ defrost etc. switches goes behind the dash
it is part of the wire harness as a whole.
your plug looks a lot like the performance sound plug but i don't think that is it

maybe it is for a later car that i have not seen?
is your car a 91 or 92?
it could be a difference in year thing

I still have these
the door panel pockets were gray as well as the rest of the interior
and the PO tried to paint them black, didn't do the best job.
I'm sure they could be cleaned back to gray

knowing that if you are still interested $25 shipped for those + the shifter plate

It does work, i got the car to drive before i parted it out
the clear plastic has a crack in it from when i removed the outer bezel.

No its the harness that comes out of the back of the release switch. It is tied in junction with the release relay.
