Just because a certain set of 13" Brembos fit under the wheels, doesn't mean that all 13" kits will fit the wheels. Keep in mind that Brembo probably makes 5 different types of calipers to fit 13" rotors - some are larger than others.

I understand that they all won't fit.
Vintage style wheel generally means using a vintage parts selection to make things easy.
Guess I was saying you can make 13" rotors/ 4piston calipers fit if you use the correct parts.
Question because I am considering the Classic Industries version of the R15. Are they JWL standard wheels or something from china to be avoided? I don't want to run a non-standardized wheel since I expect the car to be pushed hard regularly and I've seen the failures of cheaply cast wheels
I decided to order these from Classic in red and they are long term B/O! so 6 months plus? who knows they did say the silver were short term B/O 1-2 months? and they confirmed made in Taiwan - sad we cant even cast and machine aluminum wheels stateside and compete
mine were under 600 shipped w/ discount code and free shipping

I'm pretty sure Jegs has them in stock.....might be worth checking into
Yeah I ordered a set about 2 months ago from classic industries and still no word on the back order for a black set
I gave up and cancelled my order - I heard a rumor they were re-tooling for the new 18 inch version and no more 17 inch would be made
but not sure on that....sounds like it could be true based on what we are seeing from Hawks on the new 18 inch R15's
I would be ok with that honestly, and I was a lot more into the firehawk wheel before I ended up with my SLP ZR1’s but I’m kinda content now honestly. I will leave my backorder on and if they do show up I would love to have a set. If not, I’ll wait for 18’s

might also be going 18's so a 12" brake will fit on them
I hear the A/M 17" have issues fitting more than stock brakes - anyone know if the A/M 17's will fit the 1Le brakes?
Classic mentioned B/O may be 6-12 months?
They will fit the 1LE. Hawks has a red Firehawk clone they built that has the 13" Baer black label kit in it. It is a very tight fit. There is a thread here on TGO that says C4HD will squeeze in, which is what the 13" Baer black label kit is based of off.

Have had the car for 15 years and the wheels for 14 years. Finally got the wheels restored and mounted up... 91', made in W-Germany Ronal R15's with original firehawk centercaps.
