So i’ve been working on getting my hawks spoiler ready to put on my car. I wanted to set it all on the car to see how well the paint matches in the sun. It all looks good and actually fits really well, except for when I put the 3rd brake light under it. Without the brake light everything lines up and sits on the hatch perfectly. But as you can see in the pictures, the brake light raises it up too much so that the spoiler pillars do not sit on the hatch. Anyone else ever have this problem?
I thought about that. Im back and forth on what i like better. One of my concerns is without it, theres a greater risk of it cracking im the middle if someone pushes on the spoiler.

Re: Spoiler/3rd brake light fitment issues
Interesting, I did not have that problem with my hawks spoiler... I would consider just sanding down those areas... take a pencil and make a line, and then grind it down to that. OR not put it on... Does not look like you have the 3rd brake light holes as it is now.
Just weird that they are that off. I could try sanding. I dont have any holes drilled in the rear deck and there are only tiny divots where to drill in the spoiler for the light.
Just ran in to yet another issue...i just realized that the bolts that came with the brake light have a huge head on them. Therefore it would hit the deck lid. I could always find other botls i guess but are these even what are supposed to be on here?
So frustrating!
