I've got a standard issue flat, base model Firebird Hood I'm not using. No significant issues, but the paint is kaput, so it might have a soft dent here or there. For example there looks to be a low spot above the hood latch, where neanderthals like to beat their paws instead of cleaning and lubricating the hood latch. Aside from a couple oxidized rock chips, it's rust free.
Yeah, the body on this car was clean and rust free. Aside from the paint being sun bleached, it's a good piece of steel, I've just got another hood in mind for the car.
It's not THAT bad. Just take I-90 west to I-29 south to Beresford SD. Cut over west on 46 to 81 south all the way to Friendly Salina, Ks. It'd be 65-75mph the entire way.
