Re: Parting out 1985 Z28 camaro

Does anyone know if the passenger side and driver's side front seat backs are interchangeable? If so, how much for the passenger front seat?

The padded vinyl part is good but the hard plastic under it is broke in many pieces.

They aren't, because the recline mechanism and pivot hinge are reversed, and there are visible bolt holes through the covers if you try to interchange them. BTDT.

Re: Parting out 1985 Z28 camaro

Arm rests are good, dash pad is cracked, big plastic dash not sure, I will have to look at it tomorrow.

Yes I can ship.. Arm rests won't be a prob, but dash will be expensive to ship.

Arm rest $30 each, $50 for the pair if you want both.. Plus shipping

Are the fabric covers and foam swappable though? As in, could an upholstery guy un-hog ring the pass cover and put it on a driver side frame?

Re: Parting out 1985 Z28 camaro

Here are the pictures of the arm rest. My g/f took the pictures for me cause I was not home/able to. The other round black plastic part that goes on arm rest and against door panel trim is included and damage free. She just couldn't get it to fit back on and didn't want to break anything so she didn't try to force it on.

Total shipped would be $65, shipping is a little higher than I though it would be due to the length/size of box needed

It was an auto car and tilt wheel but that column is loose/wobbly at the tilt joint. I do have the key for it. $50 + shipping if you want to try to tighten it up.

I have a good tilt column from an 87 but it's pending local sale.. So if the buyer don't show this weekend it will be for sale.

I also have a good non tilt column from an '84 with key that I would let go for $125

No steering wheels on any of the columns.

The PW switches from that car are sold, but I have more PW switches. I know I just removed 2 from a '89 camaro that works,

and I have 2 in a '84 TA that I have not checked out yet.

$10 each + shipping on the PW switches.

Take a look at these pics, these are the pieces I need...wasn't successful at uploading to the PM...

You can see the passenger side arm rest is sun beaten as is the piece around the speaker cover

You can see the difference in the good panel over the spare tire vs the one toward the front with alll the sun exposure...I don't think it can be saved...

Same thing here on the driver side...you can see that the sun destoryed the panel (part next to glove box)...and is lighter in color as a result...these are the pieces I am looking for

That's ok man, those sold long time ago. In fact I think that was the 1st part that sold from that car. Even with the one broke. Those louvers are hard to find. I had people breaking down my door to get them for $100

Do you have the the plastic radiator cover panel that goes between the front bumper and the radiator - covers up the hood latch area?

Re: Parting out 1985 Z28 camaro

Is the driver window still available and if so what shape is it in?

I have two sitting at my house, but they are semi scratched and don't want to use them... I just ruined my new one with some welding sparks that was to replace my scratched one.

Bear with me guys. I will get y'all quotes and pictures. I'm real slow right now due to an abscess tooth and severe pain. My face is swollen to the point it looks like I'm holding an egg in my cheek... This crap HURTS

So I will get yall the pictures, info and price/shipping price ASAP

I do have a console pad (no plastic under it though, just the foam backed vinyl pad)

I have 3 wiper motors/PCB, just need to test them to make sure they all work

I have 5 third gens I'm parting so I should have a good driver door glass.
