Re: 2 blowers motor for AC which one 86 TA ???
Of the two you posted, only one is for AC. Notice, one says "Except AC," and the other says "AC." Regardless, the more important thing you, or anyone, needs to pay attention to is the clocking of the motor in relation to the vent tube, and most new blower motors offered today appear to be incorrect for 3rdgens. While it might appear that blower motors can be clocked in any direction or randomly, they are designed to be clocked only one way for each type of application.
Your 86 needs the same one as my 87, where the vent tube is opposite the terminal post. But most new blower motors currently available have the vent tube hole right next to the terminal post, which isn't correct for 3rdgens. At least, that's how they look in the pictures, but it could be that the "image doesn't necessarily represent the actual product," kind of thing, and the product you'll receive might be correct. I kind of doubt that, but most of them have multiple images, so look at them all the way around to see where the vent tube hole is in relation to the terminal post.
Of all of them, there are only two that I see that look correct, and the write-ups match the pictures, and they're both from VDO. One is the motor only, to be used with your own blower wheel; it's the first one in the Economy section, and it's on close out for $10. The other one includes the blower wheel, and it's cheap too; it's the second one in the Standard Replacement section:

And here is the specific info on the VDO with the blower wheel. There's also a good diagnosis video on this page:
