I was wondering if there was a way to convert a stock S10 to a "modified" 1LE or B4C equipped truck. The reason I was wondering is I'm converting my '88 S10 to an Iroc theme. I have the 16" Iroc rims with Nitto 555r's and I'm getting the Iroc hood louvres installed into the stock hood. The truck is currently equipped wiht Belltech drop springs in the front and Southside lift bars out back. The thing that I'm curious about is the fact that the S10s are a rear leaf spring suspension vehicle, and the third gens are a control arm rear suspension. Would the conversion be difficult because of this? The truck handles suprisingly well as it sits. I have a .060 over 400 sbc that is going in there this week.
