Newbie
Just wanted to introduce myself
I am Serena & live in central Texas.
Married w/2 children.
Police officer & glam/print model (rated G type girl).
Part Cherokee (maternal & paternal sides; working on the paper trail).
Love F-Bodies, especially the classics...muscle cars.
If it looks, sounds & runs good ------- I like it
My car - Tabby, bec. of her colors - is a...
1984 Z28 with mods. ((See link on profile))
I'd always wanted this bodystyle, but could never find one I could afford (& in good shape).
My husband had an 88 Chev 4x4 ranchers pickup. A guy he was working with was looking for a truck. Lynn said "I have one I'll trade that Z for..." Laughing.
The guy said that he was looking for a regular truck (not 4x4). So the idea was tossed aside.
However, 2 days later the guy showed up at Lynn's work in the Z & offered to trade title-for-title.
The Z had 68,000 original miles on it.
That summer we put a 350 in it & the rest (mods) is history

Welcome to the boards Serena!
That is a beautiful example of an early thirdgen. Very clean. I honestly can't say I've seen an early Z28 that nice in a long long time.
