If I knew that, it'd be running!!!

Seriously, it died one day while I was out exercising it. (Some of this is on my website...) I couldn't figure out its problem after troubleshooting for a few days. That was the push I needed to get rid of the computer, CFI, etc. Shortly after I started on the road to carb power my bad back got to me again. Long story short; my back got to the point I couldn't do anything and I wound up having a three-level disk fusion. I'm just now getting back to caring about the car (major surgery is a major bummer). The time off has given me the chance to decide where I'm going with this car. Since it's a toy, I'm going to toss the A/C, heater, and radio, move the battery to the "trunk," re-wire the entire car, add aftermarket gauges, etc and eventually replace the engine & tranny with some go-fast stuff. Initially I'll be shooting for a good looking car to drive, then enter in a few local car shows, then as $$$ permits make it a decent quarter-miler. Ahhh, dreams...

Well, I got the new battery in, and found more stuff wrong! I think I have a vacuum leak in the emissions equipment, and I think I may have some internal problems too. I'll find out soon enough!

I'm sure you won't have any troubles in okc in that car. Our cars look very similar and every stop light i hit i have someone revin up. Especially on the weekends.

But if you get caught they will take your @$$ to jail, trust me on that one

If you wanna get in trouble in okc, go to nw 39th & Portland on a Friday or Saturday night and head west 4 miles and u-turn and come back and repeat as necessary. You'll see what I mean.
