chip burning?

chip burning?
anyone in the dallas area know how to custom burn/program a chip? im only 17 and i dont trust myself to do it! i was just wondering for future mods that i plan on doing or if anyone would like to teach me id be glad to learn especially someone who knows how to program a TBI chip cuz i know thats the best way to go instead of purchasing hypertech, jet, or superchip. any help or knowledge of a place that will do this will be greatly appreciated!

is there not one person in the region that has done chip tuning or had it done? help PLEASE!!!!!!!
