last summer, i was under the tin roof on the porch at one of the hooters in dallas when out of nowhere, hail starts falling.
big, thick, golfball and BIGGER hail.

and btw, its LOUD on a metal roof.

we took a friends car there, so i couldnt do anything to protect my car...... or so i thought.

it hailed everywhere around except in a 1 mi radius around my car.



and this is when i learned that it hails in the middle of summer in the midwest.

Yes, and it starts raining HARD without warning while you're driving 70 down I20 with the top down.......not the kind of rain where you don't get wet till you slow down......the HARD kind of rain where it doesn't matter.
