I need better gears!!!

Well gentlemen the time has come for me to get a better rear end ratio any my car by any means possible. These 2.73's are killing my potential. I need at least 3.42's or numerically higher which means:
A) I have new ones installed by someone locally
or B) I find a used rear end with drum brakes(I dont feel like doing the disc swap) that has my desired gear ratio.

I would probably rather do Option a for reliabity and the fact that I can pick the exact ratio I want(3.73's). If you know of anyone who can do this for me for a good price please let me know. Larry Dunlap suggested Macs standard transmissions I am going to give them a call.
On option b I am basically thinking of getting a 3.42 rear out of a v6 car and swapping it into my car thus saving me alot of money but I run a risk by using a used rear.

So let me know what you think and if you have any leads on either option. I really want to get the gears and hit the track befor march. Thanks for the help guys.

Im going to call macks tomorrow and see what they qoute me, hopefullly I can get a good price. If not I am going to start looking for a rear out of a v6 or other 3.42 geared car, if I am lucky maybe I will be able to find an Iron duke car, most came with 3.73's. So we will see. All I know is as soon as I get the year setup I am hitting the track!!!
