I bought a cover for my diff from summit, like the one Extremeiroc had a the mod party deal. Just want to reconfirm I purchased the right one as stated in the title to this message.

Should be good for 5HP right

I spent quite a bit of time searching the rear end and tranny board without success. I will try a post there as well. Jay knows the answer

with the information you posted its most likely the correct one. There aren't too many GM 10 bolt rears.

If its this one then its the correct cover.

A 10 bolt is 7 1/2" or 7 5/8". A Borg Warner 9 bolt is 7 3/4".

It is the correct cover. The 7.5 and 7.625 parts are all interchangeable.
