So long!
Figure I had better post this before I lose the internet and can't.
The job that kept me from my friends, family and 3rd gen gatherings finally got to the point where I needed to find a new one, so I did. The bad news is that job is back in good ol' AZ. The movers will be here on Tuesday to get my stuff. The new owner of the '80 Pace car came and got it 2 weeks ago, the new owner of the '91 will be here Monday to pick it up. I never thought I would sell it, but he really wanted it and the price was right. I had it for 8 years, put 80,000+ miles on it, and didn't have to do a whole lot to it. It was and is a great car that got me to and from work every day.
I'll pick up a newer car when I get back to AZ, not an f-body though. I'm still keeping my eyes open for my "dream" car, a 91-92 T/A or GTA 'vert, green on tan. When I find it I'll never sell it.
It was nice meeting those of you I met. Those work kept me from meeting can curse them for doing so, as my last day was today. I'm making my life a priority on the new job.
Zap..next time your having one, have the one you were going to buy me for me. Sorry we never got together to drink it.

I wish that I would have known your car was for sale, I probably would have bought it since I am putting alot of money into my car. Good Luck with your new job and remember to always check the classifieds on thirdgen in case anybody might be selling your "dream" car. Your car was one of the cleanest thirdgens I have seen Supreme Member

Bummer......
I wish I had the appropiate words, but at the moment, they escape me.
It's a shame when we lose a class act, both person and car.
Yeah, there is something to be said for quality of life--hope U can arrange it so it takes it's proper place in your priorities.
And yes, the next monthly, we will all have one in your honor.
TAKE CARE!

Hey Chris,
So, is the guy who bought your car, a local--Hou area?
I trust U told him all about Thirdgen.org?

Yep, the car is staying nearby. The guy lives down near Hobby airport. He and his brother both are f-body people. Ralph has a 91 Firebird he's done a bit of work to and he bought the 80. His brother is buying my 91.
I told them all about you guys, so look for him on the boards sooner or later.
Thanks for the kind words and I'll continue to hand around and lurk.
