I'm a little South of there, but I pass I-10 and Bingle several times a week.

I'm always up for a 3rd gen gathering.

Kinda similar to this thread subject.. I saw a pretty blue Z-28 (I'm guessing 91-92 from the wing) heading North on 45 through the Spring/ Woodlands area.. Anyone know who that is?

I've been trying to do that for a LONG time. But no one ever shows up.

Do you ever make it out to the car show at Otto's? It is near 8 and 59 South. I generally make it out there once or twice a month on Saturday night.

Re: Houston people

I'm all in favor of a 3rdgen only meet. But, except for an occasional annual(ish) meet, we can seldom muster more than 2 or 3 cars.

At least if we meet at a car show, when no one shows up, there is still something to do.

But if you want to do a get together sometime, I'll do my best to be there!

Re: Houston people

Sweet, i have a bunch of third gens in my back yars that dont run...LOL. I have 3 that run.

The RKC meet is OK, but there is a bunch of rides there, most of them are not my cup of tea but see if we can get a large amount of third gens to show up. Then i might show up eventually. My shift doesnt allow me friday nights off but every few weeks.

I like GM cars mainly, so the RKC meets just dont do it for me that much. The LSXN meets are good, many camaros, birds and vettes and what not. The 2920 meet we have been doing again has been GREAT, but i think it might have slowed with the cold weather.
