anyone know a good transmission shop around the west side of Houston... .

I'm currently looking into taking it over to Airworld transmission on Upland which is like 2 blocks from me... I got a front seal leak and i want them to check it all out at the same time maybe clean her up and repaint it as well as new lines... might as well since its out right???

anyone know anything about john over at air world transmission on upland? Taking my car over there today to get the tranny all cleaned up and tight as a drum...

airworld is 1 block from my house. Guy qouted me 175 to fix the front seal and set the tranny cable and shifter cable and reinstall... can't beat that... circle d is like 23 blocks from my house and qouted me 250... airworld has a better rep with my hot rod buddies then circle d anyways...

 

my baby comes home to me tomorrow... 450 later with a new torque converter and seal job... no leaks and ready for another 100,000 miles... now its time to finish the motor and computer tune. All in order for this meet we got coming up... hopefully i'll have the ground effects all back on along with the fenders and doors realigned... I'm gunna try and get the stereo all done too... maybe even post up some pics

 

she fired off today finally. tbi is back on it. still have some wiring to fix up and run. new knock sensor, heated 02sensor, factory oil pressure switch, and hook the lock up wire again to the pcm. prolly a few hours work and then to make sure no cel is on. then i will put the wonderbar on and she should be good to go.

 

eh i still got a tune on tuesday and some body work and stereo stuff...
