Here is the company I used to transport my car down to Houston when I bought it from its first owner in Michigan:

They were responsive, competitively priced ($550), and pretty fast. At first I was worried about open vs. closed transport, but my car made it down here on an open transporter with nothing wrong but a couple hundred bugs on it. Good luck!

I used Uship.com and was quite happy with that. You don't have to commit yourself to anything, but you just put in the specifications on what kind of shipping you would prefer and within what dates. Then you will receive offers from different contractors, some may give nice offers to avoid running with empty trailers if they are going in that direction anyway. Good rating system, kind of like ebay.

Congrats JB, it's a great looking ride (even if it's not a Trans Am) ! The previous owner took amazing care of it. How does it drive? Are you enjoying it?
