any other places besides ennis?

Ok, im pretty sure that ennis isn't gonna be having any more friday night street races for the rest of the year, i think they have a bunch of other stuff planed. but i want to run my car on the 1/4 not the 1/8 mile. so i think that puts kennedale out of the question, do u guys know any 1/4 strips withen 2 hours of dfw area?

The strip in Denton is 1/8 mile. The only other 1/4 mile track is in Hallsville, close to 2 hours away straight out 20. Your ET's will like the "downhill dragstrip"

there's a 1/4mi track in Ardmore, OK. It's a lot like the Hallsville track, kinda downhill

Hallsville drag strip is kind of a wierd track the track has a large dip for half of the track after you hit the 1/8th you start to go down hill and at about 800ft you start the uphill portion of the strip. I live only 20min away from hallsville and you can go out there and start racing at 7:00 and only get 3-4 runs in. There is however some nice compitetion out there. Nothing like a ******* runnin 11.90s in a mostly rusted out old 83 long bed chevy pickup.
