swaping v6 for v8 what all problems will i run in to
i bught a 88 camro last july with the plan of swapping the 2.8 for a 350 but i was told that i would have to change comp. is this true and will the rear end need to be changed to
There are lots of different ways to go about that sort of swap. You can go with a non computer controlled carb setup, or transfer over the entire computer, wiring harness, and fuel injection system from a donor car. I don't know that there is a "best" way to do the swap. It all depends on what you want to have when you are done, how much work you want to do to get there, and what you want to learn along the way. Have you searched for this topic yet? It's been discussed a lot and I'm sure you could find some helpful posts that way.
By the way, you don't have to change the rear end.
