what does bump mean?
im on the classifieds and i keep seeing the word "bump" used.

a "bump" is somebody sending their thread to the top of the classifieds so it is seen first.

Ya, bumping it back to the top of the forum. You may also see on some forums "TTT" meaning "to the top" for the same thing.
