Emissions in SC?

hey, i just got word that I am moving to South Carolina at the end of this year, and i was wandering if they have smog tests in south carolina. i have a '91 camaro with headers, and true dual exhaust with no cat. i have the smog pump only being used as a pulley too. im in florida now, and there is no testing here (so greatful). any input is greatly appreciated, thx
