Wow, hahaha, you guys are both ~150 miles away from me

I don't have the time right now to take a drive that far as I'm still going to school part time. I just started cleaning out my engine bay for paint, and finished totally scrubbing down my tranny.

Working on these cars is so much fun, I wish I would have started earlier

Re: Ft. Campbell/Clarksville

Too bad, you're like 2 years late. When I was with the 101, we had a pretty large group, of course with war, it tears everything up. I still talk to some of them but no one I can remember is left behind their. I do know of a guy in Nashville that has tons of Camaro parts, I can give you his address if you'd like.

Re: Ft. Campbell/Clarksville

I was in Nashville a while back, to pick up some Camaro tires, and his yard was full of camaros and firebirds, and he had 3-4 sheds full of assorted parts. Maybe it's the same guy lol.

Yea, it always seems like I'm late to the party. I've seen a few thirdgens around these parts, but no mention of any clubs or anything.

Re: Ft. Campbell/Clarksville

Yeah, it's the same guy, he's got a lot of Turbo Trans-Ams (second gen). He probably didn't tell you he's also got a large chunk of a junkyard out in Springfield with all kinds of Camaros in it, including a Pace Car edition 82.
If you know anyone that would like to buy a 89 Camaro, pm me, I'd like to go back to Campbell one more time anyway. Also, D&D has about 12 camaros on their lot, check them if you haven't already.

Re: Ft. Campbell/Clarksville

I've seen D&D but haven't had the time to head over there just yet. I'm probably going to put the posi rear end on the back burner for now, and focus on school and finding a job. I know my uncle is looking to buy a car when he comes back from deployment, I'll see if he is interested.
