Also, a great local show that happens every third Saturday of each Month, I think next Saturday, the 20th, is the next one.... DuPont Registries (the magazine) they are based in St. Pete near Ulmerton Road & Bob Evans by the interstate... 7 am to 9 am only, all sorts of cars, exotics, foreign, domestic... I usually see a white Formula there, but not at our meet ?? Anyway, address is:

I had a great time there and it was good to meet everyone that I saw there. My 5 year old son was really happy to see KITT there, too!

Someone mentioned doing a cruise. We didn't end up doing that this time. It's been a long time since i've been on a cruise. I think last time was 2007 or so. Very hard for me and my little V6 to keep up. Maybe we can do a cruise sometime soon.

 

Yeah, if you're pushing 100+ the V6 guys will have a hard time keeping up. I'd have to bring the Benz for that kind of cruise. Lol.

My group of friends enjoyed ourselves, and saw some nice cars, this sat oct 20th is a impromtu get together at Lakeland dragstrip for a few test n tune runs

 

I uploaded them directly from my camera. I will photoshop them later on and see if I can correct it. Like I said, I was just rushing to take some pics before leaving for the parts store run......

If its somewhere closer to Orlando than Tampa, I'm in for a cruise. And for what its worth, I dont drive fast on the highway so I'd be right there with you guys. I actually drive my Camaro easier than my DD 2.2 Grand Am

Rafael, I wanted to check out the DuPont registry show but had to much to do at the house. Plus had family birthdays to celebrate. Didn't do anything car related this weekend except go for a short cruise this morning. Was so nice out this morning, just had to.

 

I know alot of people werent able to make it out that had planned on going. so What do you guys think of doing another meet next uear around march or april? Theres a place called jeti park by cocoa beach fl. Its got camp site there and nice facilitys and places to grill. Its right near the beach and its where all the big cruise ships leave out of. If enough ppl are interested ill get more info and start a new thread for it.

I won't know until it gets closer to the date whether I can make it or not. If you do plan it, just be aware that the Sunshine State Camaro Rally is March 1st-3rd in the Orlando area.

 

Itll be the end of march beginning of april. I dont want to make it to early cuz it it at the beach. And i dont think anybody wants to go to the beach in cool weather

Saw a Porsche Carrera GT last time... I would of taken it, but I would of had to of run over a lot of people to get it to the highway.... so I decided it would not be in my best interest... But I thought about it

I would love to autox again. Has been years since i've done it. Will have to wait till I actually replace old and worn out brakes/suspension first.
