Hey anybody know stall on factory converter on 1986 GMC 1500 700R4 Tranny? I just rebuilt 305 from block up. Bored 40 over. The cam I used was a comp cam the thumper lift 479/465. Duration intake 279 exhaust 297. Comp Cams recommend a 2000+ I purchased a 2000-2200 and was wanting to c if anynody else has used the same cam before and what stall they used. The idle is not real bad with the stock converter mostly in tight spots parking it will stall out and sluggish off the line. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks
