From 3-9 pretty much anything goes, burnouts, racing etc. I don't think you'll have to worry about your plates being pulled...why are you worried about it anyways? You can't miss Central if you've never gone, you have to go!!!

due to factors beyond my controll i'm suddenly insurance-less. Crappy thing is DMV knows this, too. WTF, I'll try and make it out there, anyone from tempe/mesa area meeting to head up there?
