Their is a $1200 88 camaro vert over on Wharf Cove off pebble hills. It is in pretty decent condition, would need a new top and definite engine work, but it runs.

 

I know, I saw it, but i hate convertibles. they're really weak and the chassis flexes a whole lot. the third gens already have chassis flex and the verts are terribly worse

Ha! keepin this post alive. I wouldn't say I'm active but i lurk around every now and then when I need motivation to work on my cars. Omnipotentgoku might remember me from way back ( as Z, Zman, or the guy with the black Z28?) when there was a thirdgen only club back in the day here in EP.
I still have my 84 Trans Am and 85 Z28 but my TA is still in pieces and I haven't been wanting to register or drive my Z28 until I am done doing everything I want to do to it. It's been a long time and I have made big progress but I still wont take it out until i build the engine I want. It wont be much longer tho....

This is as it sits now, waiting for a new engine so I can finish the suspension rebuild and cleanup and full under-hood detail.

Wow, didn't know there were other El Pasoans here. Glad to see! =) I kind of got into neons since I bought one, but if anyone wants the '65 I'm selling it... I need the room, and plus the '69 is the one with the real sentimental value. The '65 is a pretty solid truck.

 

What are you asking for it? I have always wanted a 60-63 C10 because my pops had a 62 when i was growing up that I want to replace. I prefer those years because of the rounded windshield and nicer dashboard, but if your 65 is up for a good deal i might consider it. Is it a long or short bed? Got pics?

 

The only reason i'd go to El Paso is if I was flying in there before I visit family in Chihuahua. Now is not a good time to be in Mexico though. Probably be a while before I do. I went to Andress H.S. in 2000.
