Picked up and 85 Z-28 last week but it is missing the cluster and cover. Anyone got one they are willing to part with? Thanks

 

As luck would have it, I just happen to have a spare instrument cluster and cover. I don't recall exactly which year, but I pulled it from a car a couple years ago. I'm presently in Kingman, packing my stuff for a move to SoCal. $25 puts it in your hands, that's what I paid for it originally.

 

Thats a good deal. As long as it's a cable-operated speedo, it will work in his car.

 

I think it's from an 87-89, isn't a 140 mph version, and is cable connected. I'd like to swap it for a steering wheel (joking, but I do need one....).

Ok, sounds good to me. When I checked my parts box I found I have two clusters, both 110 mph versions, so I picked the best one. It isn't mint, but darn close. I believe the odo says 27,000 miles. The car it came from had a blown engine, but no body damage, so the cluster should work OK, but no warranty since I've not installed it. I'll get it ready to ship. I'll post a PM with my contact info and wait for your cashier check or postal money order.
