a little help in the maricopa area

a little help in the maricopa area

Here is the deal my cousin just picked up an 86 iroc-z TPI now it wount pass emissions cuz it has a performance chip we want to know if there is any body else with the same set up and its willing to lend us or rent us the stock chip to go for emissions as we dont have it thanks for any help and input car is an 1986 iroc-z 5.0 auto TPI

I might have an old school Craig Moates setup with a replaceable chip that's smog legal.

If that doesn't work, try rubbing alcohol in the tank. 3 bottles in a half tank to quarter tank works. You must fill the tank to dilute it after the test.

Well my cousin its ghetto so instead of getting that fix he payed some guy 200
For plates for 2 years problem solved at least for 2 years and I usually use denatured alcohol don't use it if udont have cats for it'll raise ur emissions even higher

Paid that much for plates? He can only hope to not get pulled over. Never heard of paying someone off for legal plates in AZ, especially when they are not issued by the state.

no they r legal he just has a way of getting around emissions requirements but the plstes are good we went and got them at the motor vehicle department so I know they r good
