Need help in finding 4th gen

Anyone have any good suggestions for finding info on 1993 to 1997 4th gen Camaro Z28s online?

Also any good websites to find one to buy?

Thanks

For info, try CamaroZ28.com. Look under their message board section for LT1 Forum. Very knowledgable people in there. That's where I was when I had my 1994 Z28.

Why not a 98-up? LS1=better

That's what I'd do if I was going 4thgen.

Yep, LS1 is definitely better, but I think some people prefer the earlier 4th gen Camaro front end over the Chrysler look alike nose of the '98 and up cars.

The older Camaro's look like a Geo Storm. I'd rather have a Chevy Sebring.

Haha! I'll agree with Geo Storm comment. And the early 4th gen Firebirds look like Saturns.

I like the 93 to 97 front end better and the 93 to 96 had a must have black interior (for me) available. I'm also looking for 88 or 89 IROC's in silver, white or black, black interior, 350, auto, 4 wheel disc brakes. Or, maybe a GTA. Behind these is a LS1 with a dark grey interior. I know it will take awhile. I guess I'm just too picky...lol

Thanks Kevin- Those were the 3 sites I was using.

Thanks George- I'll try them.

I was looking for an LS1 myself but could not find a good deal and what I wanted as far as options, I was looking for a 99 and up WS6...oh well, just mods for the IROC now, for now at least.

I don't know if it is still there, but I saw a nice looking red 3rd gen vert. at a used car lot on Valley Blvd. just East of the 605. I didin't stop to look at it, so I don't know if it is just a new (cheap) paint job on a car that has been beat or if it is clean. I think it was a RS rather than a Z28, so I don't know if it is V8 or V6.

I saw a couple of possibilities today. A 96 Firebird vert. and a 2000 Camaro vert. The "Bird" is white, the Camaro is a dark blue w/black top. I don't know what engines they have in them. They are at Industry Auto Sales, one block East of Fullerton Road on Valley Blvd. the phone number on his sign is (626) 581-4474
in case you want to call in an inquiry.

No 93-97 4th gen has a black interior There was graphite (93-94 maybe 95) nuetral (tan) 93-97, and dark grey (96-99)

Of course graphite is as close as you get to black, and it is a tad lighter than the current ebony.
