Only smokes from the coolant leak after I stop driving, it leaks by the intake on the pass side of the car where the block meets the intake. Its been slowly getting weaker but I thought maybe it was just because it was a 305 and that the being slow at passing on the freeway was just because it was a 305. It will rev but Im afraid to try to rev it past 2000 RPM

Most likely a plugged cat. Have someone rev the engine while you hold your hand at the tail pipe outlet to see if you have a good strong flow of exhaust.

I think its the crushed exhaust pipe I saw it today when I was changing the oil right by the engine cradle its crushed it about half an inch wide, what am I gona do?! But it was being slow at passing before it got crushed, so maybe its the cat as well, and now the intake gasket is leaking for sure. Lots of white smoke out of the exhaust but its not in the crank case yet.
