Most likely a plugged cat. Have someone rev the engine while you hold your hand at the tail pipe outlet to see if you have a good strong flow of exhaust.

I saw it today when I was changing the oil right by the engine cradle its crushed it about half an inch wide, what am I gona do?! But it was being slow at passing before it got crushed, so maybe its the cat as well, and now the intake gasket is leaking for sure. Lots of white smoke out of the exhaust but its not in the crank case yet.
