Revenue collection at work, remember the 'Illegal Street Racing"?

I guess Rocky must have lied, because...

"Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Administrative Officer reports that adoption of the ordinance will result in additional annual revenue of an unknown amount to be deposited into the General Fund."

Nothing I read says anything about crushing the cars, only says they are going to seize them, and from that statement, quite possibly sell them.

I seriously doubt they would crush any seized cars. It's more lucrative to sell them at auction like they do with drug seizure cars. Plus, the police can also convert some of them for "police duty" and paint "seized while street racing" on them as a warning. Again, the same as they do with drug seizure cars.
