The So Cal Chapter of the Pontiac-Oakland club held the Western Regionals this weekend.
Not one 3rd gen in attendence.
147 cars in the show.
I had less competition than last time but still managed to sneek out with another 1st place trophy, thats 2 - 1st's and 1 - 2nd place in three shows.:lala:

Maybe I'm missing it, but what is it about your car that won you those trophies?

If you've ever seen it in person you'd know. It is a clean car and the TPI looks great under it.

The pictures do not do the car justice. You have to see it in person. Oh and did I forget to mention its a DRIVER. Its not a Trailer Queen.

I think the SSJ died in the mid 70's sometime. This is a 1986 Grand Prix LE, its between the base model and the Brougham.

We tried... believe me. It came with the all powerful LG4 stock, and an 85MPH speedo. Obviously that stuff is gone now

Where did you find the speedometer? That looks like it could fit in my '82.

Didnt find it, had it done by a speedo shop. Virtually impossible to tell, only if you had seen the original one would you know the tint of the orange color was ever so slightly off.

If anyone is interested I will dig out the speedo company address, they are in Tenn.
BTW cost runs a little more than a pair of Z rated tires.
