My car is now drug free so it will be a slow night for me. The main reason for me to go is a co-worker is going to run his truck...a 10.40 all motor small block chevy truck and on the last pass he will spray it. His best at Carlsbad pass is 9.22 @ 149

Rusty

I will need it for the next motor. I think the stock motor in the car has had all it will take, so its time to give it up for now.

what time do the gates open and how much for entry fee? What time do time trials start and do they have a bracket racing program setup?

Gates open at 2PM

$20 to race, $10 to watch (IIRC)

No bracket racing, only test and tune.

It gets very crowded, so you may only get in 4 runs until 11PM (closing time)

Oh and if you run faster than 10.000, they'll kick you out! They can't legally support sub-10 second cars (insurance reasons)
