If I go out in the morning it will start if I let it run for 15 to 20 minutes then shut it off and try to restart it will just crank and not start .

Replace the car
j/k
If it is the orginal fuel pump, i would replace it soon anyways... who knows.. it could cut out on you on the high way, late at night, with no one around. Better safe then sorry i would say.. but it all depends on money... just like everything else in this world

Same thing happened to me. Except It died in parking lot.....then I had to call a tow truck. Drop the axle, drop the tank, then get rid of the old pump. It sucks having to call a tow truck.

How about all the spark goodies, cap, rotor, spark module, electronic spark module, plugs, along with all the fuel stuff. I would look at the easiest/cheapest to replace, along with those that have been on the car the longest without being replaced

You need to run a few tests before you start throwing parts at it.

Ok the cap and rotor are new as are the wires and plugs when it dose this I still get spark. The fuel pump go's on when I turn on the key I also have 49 psi at the fuel rail. So him lost going to go down to Power Chevy Stray and buy all new relays and sensors. I ordered a new distributor form Summit it should be here in a couple of days. I also used my dads snap-on scanner and I have no code's present.

I just checked the injectors with a stethoscope and all 8 are working.

Have you replaced the ignition module recently? Most autoparts places should have a way to test them. However, I'd get a new one anyway along with a new pickup coil as well.
As for the fuel pump, I think that's your trouble right there. My uncle's '91 Z28 had a few intermittent no-starts until finally it konked out on him at a Denny's parking lot.
Talk about fun! We had to do the fuel pump R&R right there in the parking stall at his apartment complex between two other cars at night. To make matters worse, a noisy security guard (doing his rounds) kept coming by looking at what we were doing. When I finally got the old pump out, I was waiting for the guard to come over and say: "Oh...I'm sorry, but I can't let you guys work on cars here!". Fortunately, he let us finish the job without saying anything.

Just don't put the same replacement pump back in it. The factory pump has plastic intenal gears. I went to an fatory Delco '89 Vette pump for mine since it is designed more heavy duty with all metal internals and will last much longer.

Personally, I'd start with the ignition module. It's cheap to replace and it quite often is the culprit for the symptoms you describe.
