WTB: fuel level sending unit

I need a fuel level sending unit for 89 IROC. PM price delivered to 92804.

I went to “Pick your Part” and pulled a gas tank out, $19.00 including the sending unit I needed. I'm not sure how to remove the sender from the tank. It has a couple of rings, do I spin the inside ring or the outside ring or just how does it come apart?
